We have a Yoga and Pilates studio
Our studio offers eight Pilates classes per week for all levels from advanced to seated Pilates for the less able, and eight Yoga classes per week including Vinyasa flow Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga for Health and Pregnancy Yoga.
There are also events in the studio such as monthly Full Moon Yin yoga gathering, Reiki shares and Reiki Level I and 2 teaching. We also have Mindfulness classes. The studio is available for hire.
